10-Year Warranty

Every Promerch PPS project completed with official Promerch materials, installed per Promerch procedures by a qualified installer, is backed by a 10-year limited warranty. Here's what that covers, what it doesn't, and how to make a claim.

What's covered

The warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Promerch PPS is designed to help reduce damage from:

•Road debris and rock chips
•Light scratches and surface marring
•Bug splatter, bird droppings, and environmental contamination
•UV exposure, and to resist long-term yellowing and gloss loss

What's not covered

No protective system can guarantee against every form of damage. The warranty does not cover:

•Damage from misuse, accidents, collisions, or intentional damage
•Deep scratches, large rock chips, or extreme impact beyond the system's protective capacity
•Improper application, unauthorized modification, or work not performed to Promerch procedures
•Application over aged, cracked, peeling, repainted, or unstable paint, or surfaces not approved by Promerch
•Issues arising from improper maintenance, harsh chemicals, or abnormal service conditions

Eligibility

Warranty coverage applies to projects completed with official Promerch materials, installed following Promerch's standard procedures by a qualified, Promerch-certified installer. Because PPS is a professional spray-on system, DIY or non-certified applications are not eligible. Specific coverage, limitations, exclusions, and claim requirements are subject to the latest official Promerch warranty policy in effect at the time of installation.

How to make a claim

If you believe your Promerch PPS has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us with:

•Your name and contact information
•The installer / shop that applied the PPS, and the installation date
•Proof of purchase
•A description and photos of the issue

Submit claims to info@promerchpps.com. Our team will review the claim and coordinate next steps with you and your installer.
